Refund policy

Each piece in this shop is made to order with care — either printed by trusted partners or crafted and shipped by hand. Because of the nature of small-batch and custom items, all sales are final.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, I want to make it right. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number.

Refunds or replacements will only be offered for:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Print flaws or fulfillment errors (wrong item, size, etc.)

I’m unable to offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size or address entered during checkout

  • Minor color or placement variations inherent in print-on-demand items
